Thompson Landry Gallery is housed in a beautiful 4300 square foot space in the impressive Cooperage Building at the Distillery District. With its exposed brick and plaster walls, along with its unique layout, it is the perfect location for gatherings and receptions of up to 175 standing, and 150 seated for dinner using all three rooms of the gallery. Up to 110 can be seated for dinner, in the main room. The original architecture and Quebec art being featured in this gallery create a unique and intimate backdrop to any occasion. Outfitted with a finishing kitchen and a Bose sound system, the gallery is appropriate for many types of functions, including: cocktail receptions, wine tastings, media launches, meetings, formal dinners, wedding ceremonies and receptions, as well as private concerts and recitals. Total rentable area is 3300 square feet, plus patio. The gallery space can also be made available on weekdays or during the day on weekends for ceremonies, meetings, press conferences, launches, concerts etc. Rates will depend upon the timing and the length of the daytime event.

Rates depend upon the timing and length of the event. The minimum length of a rental in the space is 3 hours. Rental rates include use of the outdoor patio space on Distillery Lane, use of the sound system, gallery staffing and administration, use of the kitchen space, use of any existing gallery furniture. Rental rates above do not include GST, cleaning fees, insurance for the event, security, which is mandatory for events serving alcohol (1 guard per every 100 attendees) or removal of any artwork.
